Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Purpose

Tiviplay is a video player published by [publisher or company name]. It plays content from sources the user adds themselves: M3U or Xtream playlist, Jellyfin, Emby or Plex server, HTTP or SMB network folder.

2. No content provided

Tiviplay does not provide, sell or host any TV channels, movies or series. The app contains no playlists and does not offer any. Posters, summaries and sports information come from public services (TMDB, TheSportsDB…) and are only used to present the content of your own sources.

3. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the sources you add to Tiviplay. You agree to only use content you have the right to watch, in accordance with the copyright laws of your country and your provider's terms. Using Tiviplay to access pirated content is prohibited.

4. Account

An account syncs profiles, playlists and progress across your devices. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. We may suspend an account used abusively or in breach of these terms.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep Tiviplay working properly, but we cannot guarantee the availability or quality of the sources added by the user, which depend on third-party services.

6. Personal data

How your data is used is described in the privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Tiviplay name, logo and app are protected. The open-source components used (VLC, etc.) are listed with their licenses in the app, under "Licenses".

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Questions: contact@tiviplay.app.
